This judgement free, colourful, queertabulous environment is for people of all skill levels to get in touch with their creativity!
Best of all! No need to get supplies, all you need is something that can leave marks and something to mark it with!

In this workshop, we will go over basic mark making and linework while exploring our creativity and self expression – however it may be.
Join us and sign up!

Recommended supplies:
Something to leave marks e.g. markers, paint, pens, pencils, office supplies, icing sugar, anything.
Something to mark e.g paper, magazines, news paper, glass, a traffic cone, a cake, anything.

Words In Power with Sonia Quintero!

“A gentle introduction to poetry and creative writing, exploring the power of words and images to re-create our inner world.
We will be exploring the use of metaphors and personification to open dialogues and create new narratives in society. Emphasise in how to use poetry in activism.”

Calu Lema is a gender fierce queer activist passionate about decolonising identities, visibility, anti-oppression work.

Photography x Storytelling with Jamie!

Saturday 27th November, 2021 | 12pm-1pm | Online

Jamie Chi is a Hong Kong Filipino filmmaker, photographer, LGBTQ+ rights activist. After receiving an MA in cultural studies at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France, Jamie advocated for Asian LGBTQ+ rights through her film. In 2019, her film Justice for Maya has been circulated in different film festivals around the world. She is the director of a documentary & photography project Safe Distance 安全距離紀錄片, documenting Queer Chinese who are living in UK under COVID-19. Jamie is also the co-founder, programme development lead of Queer China UK and curator of the Community- focused Queer Chinese Art Festival 2021.
